How To Use This Site

This Process Is Simple — But It Requires Honesty.

Start by downloading the forms and completing them carefully. You may fill them out online, but printing them and writing by hand is strongly recommended. Writing slows your thinking and brings clarity.

Begin with the core agreements:

  • Personal Agreement

  • Health Agreement

  • Financial Agreement

If you are not currently in a relationship, you may skip the Relationship Agreement. When a relationship becomes serious, create one early. Clear agreements prevent future conflict.

Evaluate Honestly

Once your forms are complete, step back and review them.

This evaluation is not about shame.

It is about awareness.

You may uncover uncomfortable but important questions:

  • Am I overweight, and what am I truly eating?

  • How much is my health costing me in medication, food choices, time, and energy?

  • Are my relationships contributing to my life — or draining it?

  • How much money am I losing to credit card interest?

  • Do I have subscriptions I don’t use?

  • Do I manage my money intentionally or reactively?

  • Am I financially literate, or avoiding what I should understand?

Clarity often leads to tough realizations. That is normal. Reflection creates change.

Track the Numbers

After reviewing your agreements, complete the financial tracking forms.

They will show you exactly where your money is going.
When your numbers are written down, there is no guessing.

From there, make practical adjustments.
Small changes based on clear evidence create lasting improvement.

Using the Resources

All tools on this site are available for you to use freely.

Some people complete them independently and make meaningful progress.

Others want deeper evaluation, accountability, and structured guidance.

If you would like support interpreting what you uncover, you may schedule a private video session. In those sessions, we review your forms together, identify patterns, and create a focused plan forward.

You are never obligated to book anything.

The purpose of this site is clarity.
